Huawei capped off a big event earlier today where it brought over its latest foldable smartphone – the Mate Xs 2 as well as several smartwatches and fitness trackers. Mate Xs 2 was the star of the show and is set to arrive to European markets in June for EUR1,999 in white, black and violet colors. This device was first launched in China in April.

The latest outward foldable from Huawei packs a 7. 8-inch OLED with a 2480 x 2200px resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. When folded up the panel shrinks to a more one-hand friendly 6.5-inches.

Despite the large size Mate Xs 2 weighs in at 255 grams – notably less than its predecessor – Mate Xs (300g) and Huawei’s Mate X2 (295g). The new Mate Xs 2 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 888 4G chipset and comes in a single 8GB RAM and 512GB storage trim.
