Google will give Ukrainian teachers 43,000 laptops on Chrome OS

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced partnership with Google for Education.

What is known

Thanks to such cooperation, Ukrainian teachers will receive from Google 43,000 laptops. They will run on the Chrome OS operating system. This technical support will help teachers effectively continue distance learning. In addition, educators will be able to take online Google courses, as well as access some features of Workspace for Education for free until the end of the year. 

By the way, according to the information of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, due to the war, more than 3.7 million students switched to distance learning.
