Hazard Zone mode in Battlefiled 2042 will no longer receive new content and other news

The first season of Battlefield 2042 will start in early June. The full list of changes is presented by the authors closer to the release, but for now you can learn about some of them. 

In particular, maps and modes will be given to the transformation. The novelties will be released in the coming months - some of them will fall only in the second season. 

Cards

• Existing maps will improve navigation and make the space more full 
• The first season includes one new map and a remake of the Kaleidoscope, where there will be more shelters, new positions for flags and improved rhythm of the gameplay 
• "Renaissance" will be reworked in the second season 

Modes

• Capture will reduce the number of sectors and capture points 
• "Assault" in the first season will be one of the main modes 
• Hazard Zone will stop receiving content - only technical support will remain. For example, new maps will not be available in this mode 
• Starting with the first season, some maps from the Portal will be included in the All-Out Warfare rotation 

Other changes

• The appearance of specialists, replicas and cosmetics will make it more realistic 
• Realism will also be added to the animations of the movement of fighters 
• The interface in the first season will be clearer 
• Productivity will improve
