Slovakia has officially confirmed that it will transfer Zuzana 2 self-propelled guns to Ukraine

Slovak Defense Minister Yaroslav Nagy officially announced that self-propelled artillery mounts will be sent to Ukraine Zuzana 2.

The minister confirmed that Ukrainian soldiers are currently undergoing exercises on howitzers. Slovakia will soon hand over eight self-propelled artillery mounts to Ukraine.

Zuzana 2 - SAU 8x8 with a 155 mm cannon, which can strike at a distance of up to 40 km. The cost of the installation is not specified, but it is known that in 2018 Slovakia paid for 25 self-propelled guns €172,000,000, i.e. about €6,900,000 a piece.
