Crypto exchange Binance allocated $1.2 million to help Ukrainian migrants: how to get payments
Ukrainians with the status of an internally displaced person can receive payments from the Binance crypto exchange.
How it works?
According to the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Binance has allocated $1.2 million to help Ukrainian migrants. The disbursement of funds was made possible thanks to the cooperation of the ministry with the founder of Binance - CZ.
To get help, you need to pass verification in one of the funds: Rotary Kyiv, Palyanitsa and iSans. You can apply for funding at standwithukraine@isans.org. Payments will be credited to the crypto wallet within three months, after which the money can be withdrawn to a bank card ($75 per month).
By the way, a pilot project was launched in the Lviv region and 1,000 people have already received payments. And before that, Binance has already made payments to 1,713 Ukrainians who were forced to leave for the countries of the European Union, and in general plans to help 5,000 refugees from Ukraine.
