Learn more about starting positions in Immortal Empires - Total War: Warhammer III mode
Total War: Warhammer III waiting for mode Immortal Empires, which will combine all cards and factions of the three parts of the series. Creative Assembly wants to heat up the public's interest in the novelty, so it releases notes on the blog. The last of them is dedicated to starting positions.
The place in which the factions start their journey is of great importance. The developers note that the starting position sets the tone for the entire session due to a number of factors. Among them are the number of enemy groups nearby, the placement of resources and the type of terrain.
Most of the legendary lords will start from their original locations, but for 29 factions, the starting position has been changed. The edits were explained by the lore, and the team also wanted to bring racial diversity to some areas and add sharpness to already familiar battles. But there is no need to wait for drastic changes - Emperor Karl Franz will not appear, for example. in Lustria.
