Hacker group ALPHV or BlackCat announced that gained access to Bandai Namco's internal data thanks to a virus. If you believe the entry on the hacker's website, soon the obtained information will be publicly available.

Bandai Namco has not yet confirmed the fact of the hacker attack. It is not known what exactly the attackers were able to get at. There is a warning that personal data of company employees and players could be at risk. The group is likely to be interested in internal documentation, including developer confidentiality agreements, developer correspondence, and source code for projects or engines.

After the news of the hack, merged data of the publishing house began to appear on the Internet. Whether they are really related to Bandai Namco is not clear. In the leaked image, there are many logos of the company's projects with approximate release dates.

  • Armored Core and Dragonball: The Breakers - the first quarter of 2023 (April - June 2022).
  • Little Nightmares III, Dragon Ball FighterZ: Super, Digmon Story: Cyber Sleuth 2 - the second quarter of 2023.
  • Code Vein 2, One-Punch Man: Fighters Association, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3 - the fourth quarter of 2023.

Almost everything on the list is unannounced games. Judging by everything, the dates on the slide are no longer relevant, since it is already mid-July on the calendar, and the new Armored Core has not yet been released. Either the projects were postponed for so long that it was time to announce them, or the author of the leak made a bad joke.

Either way, we know for sure that part of Armored Core is in development. Its production may be at the final stage. As for the others, only Dragonball: The Breakers has been announced - its release should take place during 2022.
