Media: Huawei has resumed the supply of smartphones and other gadgets to Russia. Huawei itself is still silent
Russian media, citing sources close to the company, reported that China's Huawei has resumed the supply of smartphones and other devices to Russia.
What does this mean?
Several sources assure that the supply of gadgets to Russia has resumed, the products are available through partners and on the corporate website for two weeks.
At the same time, Huawei representatives refuse to comment on this information, neither confirming nor denying it.
As a reminder, after the sanctions were imposed due to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, many manufacturers officially announced the cessation of supplies. Huawei, on the other hand, chose the tactic of silence: representatives did not explicitly say that they were leaving the Russian market, but the company stopped selling and simply stopped responding to requests. Last month we wrote about the fact that Huawei closed several stores. Again, all of this happened in complete silence from the company.
Perhaps Huawei has decided to take advantage of the niche created by the sanctions and take advantage of the cessation of sales of Apple, Samsung and other brands in Russia.
