A presentation about the future of Destiny 2 will be held on August 23

Bungie announced an online event dedicated to Destiny 2 and its development. The show is scheduled for August 23 - the same day the current season will end.

Apparently, the studio will present Lightfall, the next expansion after the Witch Queen. Also, probably, we will be told about the next season there.

A short teaser showed several heroes associated with Darkness. Among them is the likely leader of the Black Fleet - Witness. He appeared at the end of the Witch Queen story campaign.

As a reminder, Destiny 2 is currently in its seventeenth "Vision" season. Meanwhile, Bungie itself has finally become part of PlayStation Studios, with the deal closing last week.
