Gotham Knights will have a comic book prequel with skins for the game

In San Diego, the DC publishing house is at the Comic Con exhibition announced comic book Gilded City - it will be a prequel to Gotham Knights and will offer several skins for the game.
The tie-in for Batman: Gotham Knights - Gilded City is as follows:
"A mysterious virus has infected Gotham City - it turns its victims into crazed maniacs with yellow eyes and causes people to loot, steal and feel angry outbursts. This will be Batman's last act before his death - he and the Knights of Gotham will try to stop the spread of the virus and find out its origin .
But this is not the first time that an unusual disease has gripped the city. The plot is divided between modern Gotham City and Gotham City of the 19th century. The Dark Knight and his minions encounter the Fugitive, one of the first masked vigilantes in Gotham history."
The screenwriter of Gilded City is Evan Narcisse (Gen:LOCK, Rise of the Black Panther) and illustrations by ABEL (Harley Quinn). A person responsible for the covers is Greg Capullo (Batman, Dark Nights: Metal, Dark Nights: Death Metal), but the first issue will feature alternate covers by other authors.
The comic is divided into six episodes. Along with each one they give a code for an in-game reward in Gotham Knights. For example, the first episode will offer the exclusive BOSO2022 skin for Batman's motorcycle. Those who purchase all six Gilded City items will receive a special seventh item.
Batman: Gotham Knights - Gilded City will be released on October 25 in Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Mexico, simultaneously with the game's release. Also, a complete collection of comics will appear in Poland immediately. Issues are going to be published once a month. On July 25, 2023, a collection of all issues should be released in hardcover.
