The second chapter of Dying Light 2 with a new agent will be released in a couple of weeks

A fresh episode of D2K: At The Fish Eye, a show about the making of Dying Light 2, the team dedicated to the head system. They also glimpsed a new agent, which should arrive soon along with update 1.5.

According to senior brand manager Anna Kubica, chapters fill in the space between the release of big add-ons. Typically, along with chapters, Dying Light 2 introduces new agents, missions, rank systems and rewards. All of these additions will remain in the game forever.

The next agent will be Shen Xue, known by the nickname "The Hunter." She is an experienced tracker and master archer. She will give the protagonist a special task. Also gamers are waiting for additional weapons, enemies, and a different task. A chapter called "A Huntress and a Hag" will appear in a few weeks simultaneously with the patch 1.5.

Techland plans to release new chapters about once every three or four months. The developers compared Dying Light 2's support plan to a long marathon and confirmed that they plan to supply content to the game for at least five years.
