Apple Studio Display sound issue has been resolved in the latest update
Following reports of audio difficulties like as sound drops and choppy playback, Apple has released a new software upgrade for the Studio Display. The new update, which Apple only refers to as "resolves an audio issue," is a revised version of software update 15.5, and it must be downloaded and installed on your Mac running macOS Monterey 12.4 or later.
Apple was aware of the problem, Apple claimed that the audio difficulties were not caused by the Studio Display's hardware, and instead suggested that customers unplug the display, disconnect any accessories or devices, then reconnect it after ten seconds.
It's not clear if this most recent software upgrade truly fixes the issues that many people have complained about, but it appears to have addressed Parker Ortolani's problem. Even though unplugging the display is a major chore, you may always try as Apple advised — even if it's inconvenient.
The Studio Display's audio problems aren't the only issues it has encountered. The display's webcam has also been harshly criticized, and while Apple has designed a fix to make things better, it isn't yet as good as you would hope.
