Xiaomi silently released the Redmi 10 5G smartphone with a Dimensity 700 chip and 50 MP camera for just $180
The Xiaomi Redmi sub-brand has released a new budget smartphone, the Redmi 10 5G, in markets such as Thailand and Indonesia without any high-profile announcements.
What's on offer?
So, the novelty got a 6.58-inch IPS display with Full HD+ resolution and 90 Hz refresh rate, Dimensity 700 processor, LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.2 storage and the Android 12 operating system with the MIUI 13 shell on top of it.
Inside is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W of charging. It also claims a lateral fingerprint scanner, dual-SIM support, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, USB-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
For selfies, there is a 5 MP front camera. And the main one combines two sensors: a 50-megapixel and an additional 2 MP depth sensor.
