Samsung Galaxy Flip4 and Fold4 specs leaked by Bosnian carrier ahead of official launch
We're just days away from Samsung's Unpacked event, but that doesn't mean the leaks will stop. m:tel, a Bosnian mobile carrier, prematurely announced the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 foldables for early orders and revealed their fundamental specs and a few more details. The pages were quickly removed, but removing stuff off the internet is not as simple as it sounds. On August 27th, the pair of phones will be made available to purchase openly. As is usually the case with these sorts of rumors, take everything with a grain of salt.
The Galaxy Z Fold4 is expected to include a 7.6-inch Dynamic 120Hz AMOLED display with a 1768 x 2208 pixel resolution, similar to the Z Fold3. The foldable is likewise anticipated to feature a 6.2-inch external display and both displays are expected to have wider aspect ratios - 21.6:18 for the folding screen and 23.1:9 for the outer panel
For its starting price of $1,000, the Z Fold4 from Huawei uses Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The specs confirm a new 50MP main camera on the rear as well as a 12MP telephoto lens and an ultrawide module, along with a 10MP selfie camera. The battery size for the Z Fold4 is listed at 4,400 mAh, which means it will charge at 25W speeds. In addition to that, we get the dimensions of the device, which are 158 x 128 x 6 mm in length, width, and thickness while the weight is 282 grams.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 comes with a 6.7-inch 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED display with 1080x2640 pixels. The phone is also equipped with the most up-to-date Qualcomm flagship CPU, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, alongside 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which is again the baseline configuration. Two 12MP cameras are anticipated on the back of this device, just like last year's model; they will be wide and ultrawide, respectively. The battery is listed at 3,700 mAh capacity, while dimensions are 167.9 x 73.6 x 7.2 mm and 183 grams for the phone overall (including its protective cover).
