Xiaomi will no longer release beta updates MIUI 13 for 8 smartphones (list)

Xiaomi is discontinuing development of MIUI 13 for some of its smartphones.

What does this mean?

In a statement, the manufacturer said that 8 models of Xiaomi smartphones will no longer receive beta updates MIUI 13. True, this will not happen instantly - the release of the firmware will stop from October 31, 2022.

So, the following smartphones are on the list:

• Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra
• Redmi K30S Ultra
• Redmi K30 Ultra
• Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G
• Redmi Note 9 5G
• Redmi Note 9 4G
• Redmi 10X Pro
• Redmi 10X 5G

But keep in mind that this doesn't mean that these smartphones won't get any more updates at all. For example, devices such as the Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra, Redmi K30S Ultra should get the next version of the shell - MIUI 14.
