In less than a month 20 million players have played free fighting game MultiVersus, said Warner Bros.Games

Warner Bros.Games publisher and Play First Games developer reported that their relatively free fighting game 2x2 MultiVersus has gained 20 million players in less than a month.

What we know

The developers have been counting down since July 26, when the beta version of the game became available to everyone. Although back on August 9 Tracker.gg reported that 10 million players have played the game. The game's audience is growing rapidly and the first season began on August 15. New characters in the game include Morty Smith and Rick Sanchez (Rick and Morty), Black Adam (DC) and others. Also two new modes are about to appear: classic arcade mode and rating mode.

MultiVersus fighting game features different characters from Warner Bros., DC Comics, HBO, Turner Entertainment, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, as well as famous personalities. The game even features Los Angeles Lakers player LeBron James.

MultiVersus is available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4/5, XBOX Series X/S and XBOX ONE.
