Announced at gamescom 2022 multiplayer survival simulator Dune: Awakening

At the opening ceremony of gamescom 2022 a new game in the Dune universe was announced.

The game is called Dune: Awakening, and it will be a multiplayer survival simulator, similar to same genre Conan Exiles game. The developers of this game from Funcom studio, as well as the Danish studio Abstraction are working on a new project.

Apart from the announcement trailer, the developers have not provided anything. It is stated that the game will be released on PC, Xbox Series and PS5.
