A blogger shared interesting details about the new Assassin's Creed part
On his YouTube channel blogger under the nickname j0nathan shared some interesting information about the next part of Assassin's Creed, which was previously reported, will be devoted to Basim from Assassin's Creed Valhalla and has a working title Rift.
According to his information, the project will have another name: Assassins Creed Mirage. The game's release is planned for spring 2023. The main character, as expected, will be young Basim, and the events of the game will probably start before he joined the Order of Assassins. Events will unfold in Baghdad between 860 and 870.
According to j0nathan, Assassins Creed Mirage will be significantly different from the last parts of the series and will return to its traditional format. That means that in the game we won't see a big open world, non-linearity and other RPG elements. Apparently, it will be a game similar to the first parts of Assassins Creed with all their advantages and disadvantages. According to the blogger, the game will have the "Eagle Eye" option again, and the main character's weapon will be the dagger.
It is also interesting, that according to j0nathan Ubisoft is working on the first Assassin's Creed remake, which will use the achievements of Mirage. Perhaps an add-on about Constantinople is also being prepared.
Assassins Creed Mirage will be announced at the Ubisoft Forward Show, which will be held on September 10.
