The Armed Forces received Poseidon H10 and Poseidon H6 unmanned aerial systems for €700,000

The 26th Brigade and the 120th Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received Poseidon unmanned aerial vehicles.

Here's What We Know

Serhiy Prytula's charitable foundation purchased Poseidon H10 and Poseidon H6 unmanned aerial vehicles. The drones were developed by Swarmly Ltd. The contract amounted to just over €700 000. Now the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces undergo training and very soon will start using UAVs at the front.

The medium-range Poseidon H10 drones will go to the 26th brigade of the Armed Forces. They are equipped with an electric propeller engine and four more small propulsion systems are provided for takeoff.

The Poseidon H10 can climb to an altitude of up to 4 km. The maximum flight time is 2 hours. The drone can accelerate up to 100 km/m and has a cruising speed of 75 km/h. The maximum flight range is 150 km, but the range of satellite communication is reduced to 50 km. The drone also has a takeoff weight of 22 kg and can carry a payload of up to 3 kg.

The 120th Independent Reconnaissance Battalion received Poseidon H6 drones. It is a larger drone that can lift a payload of 25 kg. The UAV can climb to an altitude of 4 km and can fly for 7 hours without landing.

Poseidon H6 has flight range of 850 km and satellite communication range of 150 km. The UAV has a cruising speed of 110 km/h and a maximum speed of 150 km/h. The UAV is also equipped with a gasoline-electric engine.
