iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max got 6 GB of RAM each

Apple has been releasing iPhone models with different amounts of RAM over the years, but not this time.

Here's What We Know

Thanks to the Xcode 14 beta, it has been revealed that the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max each received 6GB of RAM. By comparison, the iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini models have 4GB of RAM.

Previously, there were rumors that the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus would have LPDDR4 RAM, while the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max would have LPDDR5 RAM. But unfortunately, there is no confirmation of this yet.
