Splatoon 3 sold 3.45 million copies in just 3 days in Japan

In just 3 days after its launch, Splatoon 3 was sold more than 3.45 million times. And that's only in Japan! Thanks to that, the bright shooter from Nintendo deserves a place as the company's best launched project in its home market.

The figure includes both physical and digital copies of the game, and it's really big, since, for example, Splatoon 2's all-time sales are 13.3 million copies.

As of this writing, the game has a Metacritic score of 8.6 out of 10. Players praise the game for its lack of microtransactions, great company, and online mode.
