The Ukrainian Armed Forces used Australian Bushmaster armored vehicles with the Mk. 19 Mod 3 automatic grenade launcher during a counterattack in Kharkiv Oblast
The Ukrainian Armed Forces used Bushmaster armored vehicles, which were given to us by Australia, during a counterattack in the Kharkiv region.
Here's What We Know
Video of one of the transferred vehicles was published by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. The vehicle was spotted near the town of Izyum. The Bushmaster on the video boasts an EOS R400-Mk2 combat module with remote control. It is equipped with the American automatic grenade launcher Mk. 19 Mod 3, which can fire up to 390 rounds per minute.
We would remind you that Ukraine received more than 20 Bushmaster armored vehicles. The first batch arrived to us in April. The Bushmaster is manufactured by Thales Australia. The vehicle can carry up to 9 soldiers. It has STANAG4569 protection. That is, the truck is not afraid of mines and small arms.
