Game insider Adrien Perea revealed new details about Assassin's Creed: Mirage. The game will be more complex, the official gameplay will be shown in early 2023, and the story was inspired by Prince of Persia.

Here's What We Know

Here is the whole list of what the insider tweeted:

  • Assassination contracts will return as they were in Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood
  • Many new enemy types with improved artificial intelligence
  • A search system (similar to Red Dead Redemption 2) when you are being chased
  • Parkour system inspired by Assassin's Creed Unity, and the story from Prince of Persia
  • Assassin camps by analogy with RDR2 and Valhalla, where you can rest and train
  • Official gameplay and details are expected in February-March 2023

Flashback

Adrien Perea does not have a large audience, but still gives the right insights from time to time. For example, he was right when he announced the release of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection on PC in October, or the transfer of Hogwarts Legacy. He also stated that Forspoken and The Devil in Me will be released in January and November respectively. Although it was not without mistakes such as the announcement of Assassin's Creed 1 remake.
