Famous game journalist Tom Henderson reported that the next Need for Speed will be released on December 2 with the subtitle Unbound.

Tom stated that the official announcement of the game should take place within the next 2 weeks. The trailer will last about 2-3 minutes, with the soundtrack of American rapper A$AP Rocky.

Earlier it was reported that Need for Speed Unbound will focus on multiplayer mode with the possibility of "meetups". Meetups will allow people to compete against each other across the map.

According to Henderson: Need for Speed Unbound will also feature unique maps that are completely unique to the franchise.
