This was revealed by military analysts of Ukraine Weapons Tracker. We are talking about M30A1 missiles. They were highlighted in the WSJ story.

In contrast to M31A1/A2 that were previously used by the AFU, the new missiles can boast of a warhead. It consists of 182 000 tungsten carbide fragments.

The M30A1 is designed to engage soft targets or enemy personnel. They have a range of 92 km and a deflection probability of 7 meters.
