The developers of Need for Speed Unbound showed a map of the city and gave more details about the new racing game
The developers of Need for Speed Unbound from the studio Criterion Games have launched on the official website of the game news section Under the Hood, which tells some interesting details about the new project.
Here's What We Know
The first issue of Under the Hood describes Lakeshore, where the events of Unbound will take place.
In this sunny city, players will be able to compete in races on a variety of special tracks, as well as on the streets of Lakeshore.
The developers mention that the animation elements as the story campaign will transform the appearance of the city.
In addition, it became known that in Need for Speed Unbound will be multiplayer modes, for example, you can join teams of 4 people and arrange the race four teams (so the total number of participants - 16 people).
A complete map of the Lakeshore locations "from the breathtaking mountain ranges around the Seba Ski Resort to the rolling plains of Griffith Parklands, picturesque Lake Virgil and Duncan Bay Harbor" is also presented.
It's hard to judge the scale of the map yet, but players will clearly have something to do on the winding and multi-level trails.
Need for Speed Unbound will be released on December 2, 2022 PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
