The developers of The Callisto Protocol assured that the game will be released on December 2, 2022, and will also support 60 frames per second on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X
The Callisto Protocol developers have reassured everyone who is waiting for the game. They assured that the game will be released on December 2 and will support 60 frames per second on consoles.
Here's What We Know
Striking Distance Studios announced this in the game's Twitter. Before that, the Epic Games Store changed the date of the game to February 12, 2023, after which they began to spread information about the possible postponement of the game. However, it was a mistake. The game should be released this year, on December 2.
And most importantly, the game will support 60 frames per second on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Given the recent news, when games for some reason can not add this mode, such statements from the developers are needed.
Flashback
The Callisto Protocol is a third-person survival horror. The player will take on the role of Jacob Lee, a victim thrown into Black Iron Prison, a maximum security prison located on Jupiter's moon, Callisto. When the inmates begin to transform into monstrous creatures, chaos engulfs the prison. To survive, Jacob must make his way to safety to escape the prison, while uncovering the dark and disturbing secrets buried beneath Callisto's surface. The game is developed by the creators of Dead Space, so you shouldn't worry about the horror elements of the game.
When We Can Expect It
The Callisto Protocol is scheduled for release on December 2, 2022 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
