Google's social media team got into a funny situation by trying to promote the Pixel 7 flagships on Apple CEO Tim Cook's social media.

Details

Google employees left a comment under Cook's Twitter post that talked about the new iPad Pro tablets with M2 processor. They decided to promote the latest Pixel and NBA models this way. But gave them away a little marking "Twitter for iPhone", which indicates that the message on the social network was published from one of Apple's devices.

After a while, this comment was deleted and a new one was published with the same text, but from the Twitter web app, not from an iPhone. But the internet remembers everything, so it looks like Google employees are in for a serious conversation with their bosses.
