An American billionaire became the CEO of Twitter. This became known after filing a Form 13D application with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the United States.

Here's What We Know

The head of Tesla and SpaceX completed his acquisition of the social network last week. From the application on Form 13D we learned that Elon Musk became the CEO of Twitter, although before that he called himself Chief Twit. By the way, now in the description of his profile the businessman indicated that he is a hotline operator for complaints.

After the acquisition of the company, the eccentric billionaire dissolved the board of directors, firing nine of its members. It is not yet known who will replace them. Probably, the new owner of Twitter won't change his principles and will attract people he has known for a long time. At the moment Elon Musk is the only board member.
