The latest version of the software disables the smartwatch, making it unusable. On Reddit and on South Korean forums, Samsung Galaxy Watch4 owners have started reporting the problem.

After installing the update, which number ends with VI3, the smartwatch stops working. Moreover, the problem does not manifest itself immediately, but after some time or after rebooting the wearable gadget.

Samsung has already responded to messages from users. It acknowledged that the problem affects "a limited number of models of the Galaxy Watch4 series". Samsung has suspended distribution of the update and is working on a new version of the software.
