Microsoft is starting to roll out iCloud Photos syncing with Windows 11. Users will be able to update the standard Photos application in Windows, where it will be possible to connect an Apple account for synchronization.

Here's What We Know

In order to update the program, you just need to go to the program page in the Microsoft Store and click on the "Update" button, if you have it. After the update, go to the program, sign in to iCloud and select which photos or albums you want to sync.

"We know that many Windows customers have collections of photos and videos on their iPhones that they'd like to be able to view on their computer," said Dave Grochocki, general manager of Microsoft products for Windows, "This iCloud Photos integration will make it easier for those with iPhones to directly access all of their cherished memories in one organized place and is another step in our ongoing efforts to make Windows 11 as convenient as possible."
