Julius Caesar has been added to Civilization 6 - free of charge, if you have a 2K account
The famous Roman Emperor Julius Caesar returns to the Civilization series and becomes available starting today.
Here's What We Know
The Emperor will be available absolutely free of charge for all those who possess a 2K registration. This will be the first time in a long time that Julius Caesar ruled Rome, acting as an alternative to Trajan, the current leader.
Caesar is an addition to the new list of leaders, which also includes Abraham Lincoln of the United States, Queen Nzinga Mbande of the Congo, and Sultan Saladin of Arabia.
As you might expect from a leader who is famous for his conquests, Caesar has more bonuses to the craft of warfare. He receives gold when he first conquers a hostile city, or for clearing barbarian outposts. This amount increases when you investigate the Steel technology. Caesar's abilities, amazingly enough, are well combined with the added bonuses of the Roman Empire - free money will help you keep your armies, and free Roman roads will help you keep the link between the conquered cities and the empire intact.
