A group of U.S. senators asked the Pentagon to transfer the MQ-1C Gray Eagle UAV to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Here's What We Know

The Wall Street Journal shared the information. Sixteen U.S. senators sent a letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. The letter says that MQ-1C Gray Eagle will help the AFU to combat the Iranian kamikaze drones. In addition, the UAVs can be used for maritime operations. By the way, the senators believe that Ukrainian pilots can be trained to fly MQ-1C Gray Eagle drones in a month.
