Xiaomi stopped supporting three 2019 smartphones in the global market - they will not receive MIUI updates
The list of obsolete Xiaomi smartphones was updated with five 2019 models at once. Three of them were sold officially on the global market.
Here's What We Know
The Chinese company has added the Xiaomi Mi Note 10, Xiaomi CC9 Pro and Redmi Note 8 Pro models to the EOS list (End of Support). The presence of the first two smartphones means that the manufacturer has ended support for the Pro and Premium versions, respectively. They are slightly improved versions of the standard models (more memory and more lenses in the main camera).
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 / 10 Pro and Redmi Note 8 Pro were sold officially in the global market. The Redmi Note 8 Pro is the world's first smartphone with a 64MP camera and the debut Redmi Note model with an NFC chip. The Xiaomi CC9 Pro / Pro Premium, which went global as the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 / 10 Pro, debuted a 108MP camera.
