Last week, Elon Musk criticized Apple for stopping its Twitter ads and threatened to remove the social networking app from the App Store. Musk had already started talking about war, but in the end, all was settled in peace.

Here's What We Know

During a Twitter Spaces chat, Musk confirmed that Apple has "completely resumed advertising" on Twitter. He also added that Apple is the social network's largest advertiser.

Also this week, the new Twitter owner visited Apple Park and met with Apple CEO Tim Cook. The meeting seemed to go well: according to Musk, Tim Cook assured that Apple never planned to remove Twitter from the App Store.

By the way, Apple has never confirmed or denied that it has stopped advertising on Twitter. Nor has there ever been any comment about whether the slowdown in advertising was due to Musk owning Twitter, or whether it was due to a general reorganization at the end of the month.
