Lithuania repaired two more German PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers for the Ukrainian Armed Forces

This time, the Lithuanian company Lithuania Defense Services (a joint venture between Rheinmetall and Krauss-Maffei Wegmann) has repaired two more PzH 2000 self-propelled artillery units for the Ukrainian armed forces. They have already returned to the front line in Ukraine. By the way, in addition to the SAU, the Ukrainian defenders also received artillery 155-mm shells.

The PzH 2000 (Panzerhaubitzen 2000) is German self-propelled artillery unit. It is one of the most advanced howitzers in the world. The PzH 2000 has an automatic charging system and has a high level of automation. The SAU is equipped with a 155 mm L52 cannon. Firing range of the active-reactive weapon is up to 67 km. Also in the arsenal of PzH 2000 are machine guns MG3 of 7.62 mm. There are about 20 howitzers PzH 2000 in service of the AFU.
