In the new trailer for Dune: Awakening, the developers have shown colorful shots on the game engine

The developers of multiplayer survival simulator Dune: Awakening presented a new concept trailer of their project at The Game Awards 2022.

Here's What We Know

In the video the authors from Funcom showed footage, created on the game engine (probably, Unreal Engine 5), which allows you to roughly assess the level of graphics.

The developers have separately stressed that they respect the literary source code of author Frank Herbert (Franklin Herbert) and carefully transfer the universe created by him. While working on Dune: Awakening, the game designers were also inspired by the film adaptation by director Denis Villeneuve.

Funcom has started accepting applications for the closed beta testing of the survival simulator. If you want to take part, do not miss this opportunity.

When We Can Expect It

Dune: Awakening release date is still unknown. The game will be released on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series.
