Motorola is working on a ThinkPhone smartphone with a protective case, POLED screen and Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip
The publication TheTechOutlook told that Motorola is working smartphones under the brand ThinkPhone.
Here's What We Know
The new product will hit the market with the name ThinkPhone by Motorola. The gadget will get a protected body made of aramid fiber with a metal frame. It will have dimensions of 158.7 × 74.4 × 8.3 mm and weigh 189 grams. The novelty will be equipped with a 6.6-inch POLED screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a 32 MP front-facing camera.
On the back side of the ThinkPhone will install a triple main camera with 50 MP sensors + 13 MP + depth sensor. The smartphone will boast support for fast beageless charging and the ability to sync with Lenovo ThinkPad laptops. The novelty will get IP68 protection, as well as wired TurboPower charging with 68 watts of power and an under-screen fingerprint scanner. The ThinkPhone should run a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
When We Can Expect It
We should not wait for the novelty this year. The smartphone should be released in 2023. By the way, in some regions the device will be called Moto Edge Fusion 40.
