Perhaps many people have already heard that AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX graphics cards get very hot during operation, and users have faced this problem personally. I wonder what the manufacturer thinks about it? AMD's answer will surprise you.

Here's What We Know

Video cards especially overheat under load - for example, in games at 4K resolution. According to users, at this time, the peak heating temperature reaches 90, 100 or even 110 degrees Celsius. These are far from normal values, which lead to clock frequency trotting and significant performance degradation.

One of the owners of Radeon RX 7900 XTX contacted AMD support with this issue and asked for a refund. But company representatives told him it was normal.

""The temperatures are normal if you there is any issue please, contact us back"," the user quotes the company's response.

Yeah, not the kind of support AMD customers were counting on...
