Samsung introduced a new curved 8K monitor Odyssey Neo G9 57" diagonal

South Korean technology giant Samsung introduced a new curved monitor. It is called Odyssey Neo G9.

The monitor has a catalog number G95NC. It is equipped with an 8K-diagonal 57" display based on Mini lED panel. But there is a nuance. The aspect ratio is 32 to 9, and the resolution is 7680 x 2160 pixels, i.e. it is not the usual 4320 dots on the smaller side.

Unfortunately, the South Korean company is in no hurry to reveal many technical specifications of the new monitor. It is known that the Samsung Odyssey Neo G9 has a DisplayPort 2.1 connector, and the refresh rate is 240 Hz.

There is also no information about the cost, but do not hope for a low price. By comparison, the Samsung Odyssey Arc 55" with 165" refresh rate was priced at $3500.
