Porsche cars may have built-in Google apps

Premium car manufacturer Porsche is in talks with Google to integrate the company's branded apps into its system.

The information was shared by the publication Auto Blog, citing a source familiar with the plans of the automaker.

If the deal is concluded, then embedded applications Google Maps, Google Assistant and others will appear in Porsche cars. They can be used even without connecting to the Android-smartphone.

By the way, in addition to Google, Porsche is also in talks with Apple, Baidu, Tencent and Alibaba. Details on the negotiations are not yet available.
