Nigeria is the first African country to get Elon Musk's satellite internet

The first African nation to get Starlink was Nigeria. The US aerospace company has provided broadband access throughout the country.

The rates have not been officially released. Earlier it was reported that Starlink's connection fee in Nigeria would be $600, with a monthly fee of either $43 or $60, according to various sources.

Elon Musk's company may soon launch satellite internet in another African country. SpaceX has permission to operate Starlink in Mozambique.
