Tesla has raised the price of the Model Y again, but lowered it on the Model 3
Tesla has once again adjusted prices for the Model 3 and Model Y electric cars on the US market. The sedan has once again gone down in price, while the crossover has once again gone up in price.
Here's What We Know
A few days ago, the price of the Tesla Model 3 in the standard configuration dropped from $43,990 to $43,490. Now the company has lowered the price of the electric car by another $500. Thus, the sedan's price is now $42,990.
Note that the Tesla Model 3 in the Long Range configuration is still impossible to buy due to the huge demand. Moreover, the company even removed actual cost of the electric car from the official website.
And the Model Y crossover has gone up in price twice in a few days. The cost of electric car with Performance version jumped by $1000 and reached the mark of $58,990. It is not covered by government subsidy of $7500.
