Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S21 fan smartphones get One UI 5.1 on Android 13 in Europe
Samsung has started updating fan-made smartphones in Europe. The One UI 5.1 firmware is now available for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and Galaxy S21 FE.

In the case of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, we are talking about the European version with 5G cellular support. The software number is G990B2XXU1EWAJ. The newer model has the firmware number G990B2XXU1EWAJ. You can check for an update via the settings.
The list of updates is the same as for the more expensive Galaxy S20 / Galaxy S21 / Galaxy S22. The new firmware improves the multi-window mode and DeX, brings new settings for the cameras and fixes UI bugs.
One UI 5.1 is based on the Android 13 operating system. The update for the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is available in Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, UK, France, Slovenia, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Germany, Luxembourg and Bulgaria.
In the case of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, the list of countries is not as long, but the list will increase soon. The update is now available in the Czech Republic, Ireland, Netherlands, Romania, Croatia, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, UK, Greece, Macedonia, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland and Portugal.
