Meanwhile, there were reports that the brands would continue operations in countries such as Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

However, both companies have issued official statements and refuted speculation about their exit from Europe. A spokesperson for OnePlus said that the brand will not be leaving Europe and the UK. The company will continue to invest in Europe and offer customers more innovative products.

An OPPO spokesperson said that both brands are targeting European markets. He stressed that 2023 is off to a good start for the company.
