OPPO Find X6 Pro is the world's most powerful smartphone - but it's only 30% more powerful than the $290 Redmi Note 12 Turbo

The difference in performance between flagships and cheap smartphones is close to zero. The world's most powerful model is the OPPO Find X6 Pro, but it only outperforms the Redmi Note 12 Turbo by 30%.

Here's What We Know

The OPPO Find X6 Pro scored over 1.3 million points in the March 2023 test. It beat the nubia Red Magic 8 Pro+ and OnePlus 11 by around 2,000 and 3,000 points respectively. Fourth place went to the vivo X90 Pro+ with almost 1.3 million points.

OPPO Find X6 rounded out the Top 5. It became the only smartphone in the ranking on the Dimensity 9200 processor. All other models are equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip. The iQOO 11 Pro, iQOO 11, Redmi 60 Pro, nubia Z50 Ultra and Xiaomi 13 are in the second half of the ranking.

To recap, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo was the best mid-range smartphone with over 960,000 points. That said, it's priced at $290, while the Find X6 Pro will cost at least $870. However, OPPO's flagship has a number of other bonuses, including a 3K display and a 50 MP + 50 MP + 50 MP main camera.
