Google mistakenly credited users of Google Pay between $10 and $1,000. The money was intended for employees who were involved in testing the payment system.

Here's What We Know

Along with the money users received a notification with text that thanked them for taking part in the payment system's new features testing program. For what reason the funds were sent to the wrong address is not specified.

There is no need to return the money voluntarily. The company will try to write off the funds, but if it fails, they will stay with the users. Most likely, we are talking about those who have already spent the received "bonus".
