Pentagon has studied 500 UFOs and found no aliens or objects that violate the laws of physics
The US Department of Defence created the Anomaly Research Agency (AARO) in 2021. Sean M. Kirkpatrick was appointed to head it. He addressed the US Senate Armed Services Committee this week and spoke about the UFO study.
Here's What We Know
Kirkpatrick said the agency has been unable to find any signs of aliens, extraterrestrial technology or objects that violate the laws of physics in its UFO emission studies. Almost all anomalous phenomena have a logical explanation.
But not always. For example, below you can watch a video from the MQ-9 Reaper drone, which was recorded in the Middle East. AARO specialists have not been able to determine how an object got into the lens of the drone's camera.
Moreover, the vast majority of unidentified flying objects actually turn out to be drones, balloons and other objects of natural origin. Anomalous objects account for a very small percentage.
AARO examined 500 incidents of unidentified objects. In many cases, the agency did not have enough data to identify the unidentified anomalous phenomenon with a high degree of certainty. However, 163 of the 500 objects were identified as balloons. They began to be monitored more often after a Chinese balloon flew into the US at the end of January 2023. It was destroyed a few days later by an F-22 Raptor, in what was the first-ever aerial 'duel'.
Finally, we should add that Sean M. Kirkpatrick's speech to the US Senate Armed Services Committee was in two parts. You have just read about the key points of the first part, but the second part was closed.
