Voice of the People expansion for Victoria 3 to be released on 22 May

Paradox Interactive has announced that the first free DLC for Victoria 3 will be released in a month - on 22 May. The main innovation will be a new type of Agitator character that will defend their rights and promote their ideas in the player's country. The add-on contains an Immersion Pack with 60 historical figures (John Brown, Emmeline Pankhurs, Enver Pasha, etc.) of this class:

The studio also states that in the expansion packs, they will be improving various aspects of the game, such as updating the graphics, adding new tasks and diary entries. This time, they decided to focus on France. The developers will touch upon such historical events as the Paris Commune and the Dreyfus affair to make the game even more interesting. In addition, a new map with an Art Nouveau interface will be available.

Victoria 3: Voice of the People will be released on 22 May 2023 on Steam with the 1.3 update. For pre-ordering, you will receive three famous Frenchmen: French Prime Minister Georges Clemenceau, famous writer and philosopher Alexis de Tocqueville, and Jules Brunet, a French military officer who served the Tokugawa shogunate during the Boshin War in Japan.
