Honor challenges Apple to create a better system than iOS
After separating from Huawei, the independent Honor company has set itself some pretty ambitious goals: the Chinese manufacturer intends to compete not with Xiaomi or even Samsung, but with Apple.
Details
Honor's CEO said the other day that the company intends to compete with Apple's iOS and improve MagicOS so that it is better than iOS.
According to him, Apple smartphones have poor hardware, outdated design and low battery life compared to many Android smartphones, including the Magic 5 series. But people still choose Apple mainly because of iOS and the ecosystem it provides.
So Honor plans to improve future versions of MagicOS and focus on creating a rich ecosystem that can challenge not only Apple, but also its previous partner Huawei with HarmonyOS.
